The ESI laser targeting treatment planning system is the core intelligent hub of the EchoLaser® prostate laser thermal ablation system, designed for preoperative path planning, intraoperative energy control, and safety boundary management. It highly integrates image guidance, mathematical thermal models, and parameter calculations to help surgeons achieve precise, efficient, and safe laser ablation treatment under fully visualized conditions.

Core functions

Precise access route planning
Combined with real-time ultrasound imaging, the system can set the optical fiber access path, calculate the puncture angle and depth, and avoid important structures such as blood vessels, bladder, and urethra, ensuring operational safety and feasibility.

Intelligent Joule Selection
The built-in thermal damage prediction algorithm allows the operator to independently select the best energy dose (number of joules) and power settings based on the size, shape, and tissue of the lesion, reducing reliance on experience and improving treatment consistency.

Safety boundary marking
After the operator completes the planning, the system will automatically generate a "visualization layer of the ablation range" on the screen, including safety edge prompts outside the lesion tissue, real-time monitoring of the distance from the lesion, and avoidance of accidental injury to surrounding healthy tissue.

Real-time visual feedback
During the operation, the interface dynamically displays the position of the optical fiber, and the operator can fine-tune the position according to the real-time feedback.

Multi-fiber collaborative planning
Supports simultaneous planning and synchronous monitoring of dual or multiple optical fibers, especially suitable for large-volume lesions or complex lesions, ensuring complete ablation coverage.
